Episode 38 is a Lost Cause.

Holy Crap. Mike likes Lost.

At least the final episode. Really, that's the only one he ever watched. And he still felt qualified to review that episode. Sometimes I'm as confused by our show as you are.

Anyway, Episode 38, by nature of the since the previous episode, is jam-packed full of goodness. Not only do we spend time on the final epic episode of Lost, but we review multiple summer blockbusters, rate our own abilities to predict the future through the Hype Machine ReSpawned, and we ultimately tear into the games we've been playing. Which is partially why this episode was so late. The other reason are the two babies the Barcode Boys have been raising. (Hint: One is an actual living thing, and the other is a band. Figure out who's is who.)

Most importantly, we prep for the upcoming 2010 E3 Wrap-Up episode, which may or may not end in tears or fears. Possible with Tears for Fears. Who knows? Either way, you have to check this one out to truly believe a couple of men can fly.

It's Award Season!

It's Time for the 2009 BCPGOTY Awards!

We're going to try something a little different this year. As there are plenty of worthy contenders for each award, we decided to post a list of all the official nominees for each BCPGOTY Award. That way all our faithful listeners can peruse the list in advance and decide how best to tear down the logic behind any and all of our choices. Who said Christmas was over??

Other than pretty much everyone, I guess. Well, as usual, the Barcode Boys move to the beat of their own drum, so what might be right for you, may not be right for them. These two paragons of the industry continue to set the standard for cutting edge coverage by doing a Christmas List Recap a month after Christmas! Listen as they tell the single most amazing story you will ever hear in your life! Marvel at how Mike finally admits that he understands why people listened to a certain historically significant German character of questionable moral fiber! Gasp in jealousy as you covet the list of incredible and unnecessary gifts they received from family and friends! Avert your eyes as you feel pity for Makk as he slowly tumbles into a pit of alcoholism! Episode 35 has it all, and they even find time to switch up the alcohol half-way through. Truly this episode is one for the history books. Oh, and as usual, the Boys drink more than anyone medically should, holiday or no holiday.
